The year was 1992 and Brian Sprouse was working at a local window cleaning company. He couldn’t help but notice the lack of effort the company put forth when dealing with customers (and employees). Brian knew that if it were his business, he’d put the customer first. So that’s what he did.
Committed to excellence, he started his own window cleaning company known as Reflective Images. Striving to provide great customer service and quality workmanship at competitive prices, he understood the high standards he was setting up for himself.
To provide service in a timely manner, Brian knew that he couldn’t do it all on his own. As the years went by, many satisfied customers referred Brian to their family and friends and the company grew. Brian continues to instill in every employee his mission to offer a quality product along with great customer service.
His business expanded with the acquisition of Paneless Window Washing in 1998 and Crystal Clear Window Washing in 2003. Brian still loves to provide excellent window washing services and expanded to offer pressure washing, snow removal services, gutter washing, gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation and Christmas light installation.
Currently operating under the name Paramount Home Services, Brian works mostly on his own and offers Window cleaning, Chandelier cleaning, Gutter cleaning and Pressure washing services. In the late fall, he is also out and about decorating homes for the holidays!
